Contact Catherine from Megabass , she will take care of you. Best person I have ever dealt with for a company in regards to customer service. You’ll need a proof of purchase from a Megabass dealer , fill out a form that you can print online and send that in with you’re broken rod. Most cases you can cut the rod down to save in shipping, from personal experience I haven’t had to pay any fees to replace a rod unless I want to upgrade. Megabass is Phenomenal!!
Catherine is amazing. So is MB customer service. I'm biased obviously but I see firsthand how the take care of customers.
So if you bought a MB rod used from someone, there's literally NO way to get a replacement from MB?

The Megabass rod warranty is good ONLY if you bought the rod brand new from an authorized Megabass of America dealer. If you buy a rod from an individual or from a non-authorized dealer and have a problem, you have zero warranty. Further, rods purchased from Japan dealers have no warranty new or used. JDM Megabass rods DO have a warranty if they are purchased new from an authorized Megabass of America dealer.

Can I get Catherine's phone number from someone? Or do I call the generic customer service number? I have never purchased a used Megabass rod before. All have been new but not sure if I've ever filled out a warranty card before.
