Someone posted this link on the VA/NC board, I don't know if it's true or not, but you just might have caught a World Record Snakehead! This article say 9lb 13oz is the world records, your sure looked bigger then that!

What does he hold?
MD DNR says biggest they have had reported is 12 1/2 lbs
