I keep mine in the cup holder, but usually have the most of it on my thumb & fingers or on the outside of my boat.![]()
All my scent is in a spray can. The one I use the most I just sore it in my cup holder. The other goes in tackle storage in a place where it want move around.
With Spike-it dye I put the bottle in an old sock and roll it up. Then I have some old rags that are about 12"x 12". I roll the sock up inside that rag and store it in a heavy duty ziplock bag. When not in use I store it all inside a small rubbermaid container. When dipping baits I lay the rag on the inside of the rubbermaid container and use it as protection in case of accidental spillage.
I store the JJ’s Magic and spike it dye in large medicine bottles. The scent I use is Pro Cure scent that I put in zip lock bags.
Tupperware container
Usually spilled in the cooler like others
I store dye on the shelf at the store. Don't want to risk a spill of that stuff. I do use a scented worm oil but it goes in the bag with the bait at home. Store that in the fridge in the one little compartment the wife lets me have. My latex turkey calls are in there too.
I use the Spike-It pens and keep them in a ziplock. If they start to go dry, I pull off the end and use an eye dropper to add more dye from the bottle...which stays on the shelf in the basement. I've been using the same pens for years.
"The man of system is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamored with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it…He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard.” Adam Smith, The Theory of Moral Sentiments
Just take a little and put it in a nail polish container. Refill and apply as needed
I think I’m going to get a box and put the foam in it. Looks pretty simple and should work
I use markers just because it’s less messy and takes up less space. I used to keep a bottle or two of dye in a ziplock bag.

You've got the perfect boat for carrying 2 dye jars. Here's what I did with my Phoenix. I used the triangular compartment on the step next to cooler. I cut a piece of foam to shape of the tray. Then I cut two holes out (start small and work your way out to make a tight fit.) I've used this setup for a few years now. It's awesome! The foam also acts as an insulator to the JJ's and I've not had any issues with it bubbling when hot.

I put the JJs in heavy duty ziplocks for extra insurance, and otherwise generally put all of my stinky / potentially staining stuff in one of the cheap plastic waterproof ammo cans from Harbor Freight. Works extremely well.

just get a block of foam and cut them out to hold individual bottles or cans whatever you have them put them in a large Ziploc bag for extra security while in the locker![]()
