What are the water conditions? A couple of my buddies are fishing a tourney up there in October any help will be greatly appreciated

The lake is about 3 ft low right now and the water is pretty clear for Eufaula. I'm going fishing after work this morning so maybe I'll have some info on the fishing. the fall fishing is usually good this time of year, my favorite time.

Ok thanks for the info! We fished there about 3 years ago and had a blast! I was just curious about the water conditions due to the severe drought in the area.

I fished the last few days and talked with some guys that fished last weekend. The lake is 3.5'-4' low right now which is a lot on this lake. I went up on the main lake area towards the dam and saw tree tops in 65' water, I never new they were there. This is not hurting the fishing much but some ramps are hard to launch from. 15lbs won a club tx last weekend with many people having 5 fish limits. Not a lot of fish but good quality fish are being caught. No real pattern to the fish, catching them on a little of everything. The fish I caught are up shallow were ever there are bait fish. I had some 2 lbs and lost a real nice one when he busted the water and tossed my spinnerbait back to me. Yesterday more fish but all small spotted/red eye bass. I was throwing a white spinner and a shad model A bomber. Pretty basic stuff. This could all change if we get some rain this week.

What club are you fishing with??? And which weekend in October? I'm from Baton Rouge but I live here in Oklahoma.

got a tournament 15 and 16 of this. this will be the time I fish this lake. i m looking for some information, tips, and etc. need a little help that's if you don't mind.....................
