Before I get started with this project....my dad aquired a mint condition 1965 9.5 hp evinrude...It seems to be in perfect shape (without starting it)...turns over great...has good compression...lower unit seems good....but I haven't checked the water pump, or broken into the carb to give it a cleaning...how difficult is it gonna be to find a new water pump/parts for it?
