Through the week as most of you know alot of areas were hit really hard here in Arkansas by the ice storms. As for the Northeast All (and i mean all) of the power in Paragould, Rector, Piggot, Marmaduke, Oak Grove, Beach Grove and Delaplaine was knocked off Tuesday night along with outages in other areas as well. Jonesboro had around 40% off.

As of tonight 60% of Pargould is up (and down occasionally). Jonesboro is pretty much up to my knowledge. As of last reports ,the areas of Piggot, Rector, Deleplaine, and Oak Grove still have no power and it may be up to 1 month before all is restored.

The National Gaurd and FEMA have been inacted as of last night to help out along with several hundred co-op energy personel from as far away as Georgia (at least one truck I saw today was from Atlanta)

Internet and phone service in all of these areas are also hit and miss.

Pray for those still without power and for those putting their lives on the line to help restore power.....
