This device is used to transmit Mercury engine data to a NMEA 2k network which can then be displayed across your various brands of chartplotters. This specific setup was used to transmit engine data from a 2012 250 Pro XS 2 stroke to NMEA 2k backbone, then displayed on Humminbird units along with another Mercury SmartCraft gauge. This comes with the gateway device/harness, a mercury 4 port smartcraft junction box w/2 terminating caps, and a NMEA 2k T w/terminating cap. Everything needed to interconnect your smartcraft engine data with your NMEA 2k and chartplotter networks. Asking $250, includes shipping, insurance and PP fees.
