Typical costs for a few checks on 250 ProXS

I am wanting to sell my boat due to health issues and just had routine maintenance done, but a potential buyer has asked for a whole lot more. The 250 ProXS (2015) engine starts immediately and runs with great power and acceleration, but it does have 550 hours so I understand the request. I am hesitant to do everything asked for because I just forked over $600 already. And service check showed NO engine faults.

My question is, roughly how much should I expect to pay each for (these 4 are not all that was asked for):

    1. compression test (that was already done but it was done completely cold and not according to Don's "rules" so readings were pretty low (75 ish, but were very consistent).

    2. leak down test

    3. injector inspection/testing (I use Don's cocktail fuel additive religiously)

    4. reed inspection

Engine S/N 2B113139...NO current engine faults

    THANKS!!!
