TK Gen I pump and seal ddamage

The pics are not good, zoom in to see the warpage of the water plate and shaft seal carrier. Unit had more than oil in it, I suspect the water turning to very hot steam caused pressures to skyrocket and the heat pushed up on the seal causing this, surprisingly the shafts turn very smooth indicating no bearing damage, It will be pulled down for inspection. Gear lube was coming out of water pick up, lube was pushed thru the water pump. Brg retainer is tight and no vertical movement in shaft.
