I was involved in a conversation on an other page where the guys were discussing the need for two Point ones, one at the bow and one in the back, when using multiple Lowrance 12's on a 2024 BassCat Puma STS. One Lowrance 12 on the bow will drive a Active Target and the other will be used for mapping. The console Lowrance 12 will drive depth and fish finding at the console. I also have a Lowrance Ghost trolling motor. Several guys were quite adamant that one should only have one Point One on the boat because they said two point ones in addition to the Ghost puck would give loads of interference and problems. I was curious of those of you that run Lowrance 12's and Ghost trolling motors, did you guys set it up with one or two Point Ones? My dealer strongly suggested two Point Ones, and a guy I know from BassCat said that many that rely heavily on their electronics use two point ones. What do you guys think? For those of you that that have three Lowrance 12's and a Lowrance trolling motor, what is your setup? I just do not want to make any mistakes here. Thank you in advance.
