A couple questions come to mind -

1) any of you doing this that have had issues going to Lithium? burned out Stator, other issues?
I know some friends who are doing it and are just fine.
2) I store my boat in a covered outdoor carport at the Marina. Gets cold in Va. and I am always trickle charging.
You buy Lithium Batteries with Heaters and/or with a BMS that covers hot and cold? I see several BMS's have cold shutoff.
3) You running the John Crews setup with 1 36v and 1 12v cranking/everything else battery?
How many ah? 165? 200?

I am burning threw an X2 Power every 2 years for some reason. I have changed my charger to
one that allows me to select Flooded, AGM and Gel (Minnkota), but it died 5 hours into my trip
sunday while I was playing with my new Garmin LVS34 system. Either charger 2 is not fully charging either
or my usage of it is causing fairly deep discharging (I don't run around alot, mainly fish during a day on the TM
and electronics) that is killing it. Going to test the battery before usage next time to see voltage.

I can and am considering just replacing the X2 Power 31 with another and maybe adding a 5th Lithium
in a rod box (100ah) to run my current 2 units, but probably going to 3 this winter.

any and all experiences welcomed from fellow scofflaws.
