Anyone care to speculate on what might be wrong with this motor based on the sound? Here is a link to a 10 sec Video. For some reason the sound quality got messed up a bit but the Sound is more pronounced toward the end. It is a 2001 2 stroke 90ELPTO S/N OT268338.
