97 200 pro max. I posted on here the other day about the rpm jumping up and down at idle and low speed. Here it is if you want to refresh your memory.

one of them doesn't have the grey wire hooked up so that's the one that's ok right? the one on the left has the grey wire plugged off with a rubber plug. My main question is, the one i got(seirra) has a piece of paper saying that it grounds through the block not a wire like the factory one. it has a black wire with a round ground connector on it. so I'll just put that between the reg and the head of the bolt that holds it to the engine? here are pics.
