I am in the process of replacing the wood and carpet in my PT185 Bass Tracker, and there appears to be space in the middle of the boat, between the stingers.
1. Thought on adding in an aluminum box or two in the mid section (between the stingers) for extra storage?
- I know they won't be water proof unless I seal them up tight or put a plastic liner in them
2. Thoughts on running 3/4" PVC up the center (between the stringers) to get future power/etc. cables from the back of the boat (battery area) to the front?
