Speaking from my so called "accepted duty" as Rally coordinator.

I told myself back in April I'd give it til mid July and make "my" decision.
Sorry folks, but I'm gonna have to cancel due to low water level and my concern for everyones safety and well being of your boat. The lake is now a chigger bristle away from 10' low, and has already set an all time record. Talked to GB two nights ago and he said it's big time pucker factor to run even in the main boat roads. He has "clipped" trees while runnin the main boat roads and seen some while idling that are widow makers. The safest place to be is in the river proper or I suppose the immediate dam area.

Someone else is welcome to take the ball and run with it or look at another lake but I'm not comfortable with saying "come on down, it'll be alright, just be careful".

If.......IF...we happen to catch enough water to make for safe navigation then I suppose we could have some sort of get together, but in my opinion we have runt out of time for a full blown Rally.

I wish more than ANYONE we could make it happen, but I reckon I'll just have to look forward to next year.
As a DIE HARD Cub fan, I'm certainly used to that.
