its under 100 bucks .. and tbh ive heard they are super easy.. just ask somoene on here you may be able to do yourself.. the pumps are cheap

I've changed a few on 2001-2004 Yamahas and if yours is the same it is very easy to do. There are several sites with detailed instructions and if you have any mechanic skills it will be no problem at all to do.

If you go to a dealer ask for all your old parts back.
I don't think much of some of the numb nuts turning wrenches at the dealerships.
