Ok guy's I picked out 10 shops that are within about a hours drive from High Rock, made a list and called to confirm their hours. If there others just post them...

    Great Outdoors, Cherryville- 9-6 M/F, 9-5 Sat.
Tri City Bait & Tackle, Kernersville - phone was out of service
    Sports Fisherman, Clemmons- 8-7 M/S, 8-5 Sun.
Flemming Candy Co., Salisbury- 9-5 M/F, 9-12 Sat.
    Fishing Fever, Archdale- 8-6 M/F, 10-5 Sat. closed Jan. 1st & 2nd
Byrums General Store, Charlotte- 8-5:30 M/F
Jetty Tuttle, Archdale- 8-5 M/F, Sat. call ahead
Bill Poe's, Siler City- 12:30-9 T/Th, call ahead

Plan A; Jan. 2nd, Rick's @ 6.00am, Aberdeen, Fleming Candy co., Sport Fisherman, Jetty Tuttles, Bill Poe

Plan B; Jan. 9th, same as plan A except add Fish Fever shop

Plan C; Jan. 16th, Ricks @ 6:00am, Aberdeen, Bass Shack, Great Outdoors, Bass Pro, Jetty Tuttle, Fish Fever

We can adjust these plans however needed, let's find out what day everybody wants to go.

Guy you need to check with the places on the first week of Jan. Unless the dates have changed the Henry's dealer show will be going on and the tackle shops will be there ordering for 2010

Re: Tackle Shop Tour event (TBirck)

Looks like there is not enough interest on the 2nd... we'll just keep playing it by ear until we have a good group.

The tackle dealers show is the 7th thru the 10th... however none of the shops I called indicated they would be closed...

Tony, there is room for anyone who wants to go... look forward to meeting you.

will update tour info next week... a happy & safe New Year to all!
