I noticed that as well. A three dollar fee for a computer to do all the work including mailing out the original. I'm sick of the constant money grabbing by this state. Tax and spend, Tax and spend. I wish people would get their head out of their ass and do some reading about the candidates that they think will do them some good before voting some of these morons in to office.
