Need help fishing the hill on 7/15&16.

My fishing club will be on the hill the week end. Need info on best tackle and area of the lake to fish. Any help would be highly appreciated.

fished club sat on hill 9lbs won i nad 8lbs caught my fish on shakey head on main lake points. we put in at hawge creek . I HAD 7 KEEPERS best 5 was 8 lbs . No need 2 go to far back in creeks u got 2 hit as many points as u can b4 the sun get up . Then i would hit humps if u know where any are

Yup ..... b/c after sun up it's became the Dead Sea for me for the last few weeks.

I have fished there at least 8 times in the last 3 weeks, yesterday being the last, I can't catch a fish before 8:30am, points or otherwise. Most of my fish come when the sun is high and it is too hot to be anywhere except air conditioned area, anyone tried to install that on a bass boat? Hawe creek has been good to me and especially like catching the spotted bass hanging out on the point as you go in, they are small but will make you think you have something big. We caught 7 yesterday and the biggest was 1-14, caught a couple on spinner bait over grass. Good luck.
