    Direct TV

Is anyone else here planning on dropping Direct TV if they go through with the Nov 01, plans to drop the channels they are advertising? I think if they do as advertised and drop fox sports, fx, speed, and these others I am out. I have had them for 15 years but in about a week it may say dish around here. New season of the league just started on FX, and I aint gonna miss it. Just seeing how u guys feel about it.

Brighthouse threatens us with channel drops every year due to money but they resolve it in the end. I'm sure Direct is trying the same thing.

I've got Sunday Ticket, so Im stuck till the seasons over.. But, I doubt they'll be w/o those channels long.. They can afford to drop something like Versus for a while, or some other lesser watched channels, but FX and Speed are 2 very popular channels.. There will be lots of pressure to settle this quickly imo..

Not to mention Fox (News Corp.) will instantly loose 20 million subscribers for however long this goes on.. So, both sides will snap to attention pretty quickly once the $$ stops flowing back and forth..

Dish Network went through the same thing with them last year..

In other breaking news.. A "Jaqfan" sighting on BBC!!! Holy Toledo he's back!!

I saw that too looks like they survive a little longer. I was not going to lose any Fox stations with UFC heading there.
