I had some questions about the new leverage jack plate

It feels a lot stronger stiffer than the old detwiler extentions.......it has crossmembers.... I have the manual plate......when we changed it we set it at 16 to start and it ran pretty good went back to 18 and started coming in..... I will need more seat time with the new set up but think i will like it at 16-18......its like to run alot flater at 18 than at 16 than at 14 then at 12
I drove all those set backs and a few in between this weekend on different Strokers......at 18 inches i wasnt getting the normal feedback I get when i bump up the trim so I was real causous about that it just felt different and wasnt getting the normal bow raise when the trim was hit and saw some water pressure dips at 90 to 100 range hope that helps...... i will get it dialed in real soon its easy to adjust even easier with the hydro leverage

Great feedback Big Paulie. Wayne has always produced excellent products and service, and this looks like no exception!!

I can't wait to get a few in to try on the Stroker's.

How much vertical travel total? Todd it has 3" of vertical travel as it slides back. It adjusts from 8" to 11" of setback.

These are super cool for sure......I know the holeshot improved....the front doesnt go as high on take off and is on top of the water much sooner.......I am sure some top end will follow....... one thing that I noticed was that sometimes depending on speed and trim when crossing boat wakes the front end would puff up breifly .....with the additional set back this is mush less or even non-exsistant......
