Just the dial for the jackplate and the blinker switch for the trim
Very nice, I have found the dial trim not to reliable for consistancy. I set it for quick ref at idle then use the blinker. The blinker is much easier when running the boat. If it were my rig and if I had the $$$ I would install another blinker switch.

I've heard that....definitely will be looking into it. That's really what I've been doing....just dialing it as soon as I get on plane and maybe a couple more bumps on it. The reaction of the jackplate is pretty "jerky" on the dial....and not something I would want to hit when running north of 70mph.
Check the 2 big guides and make sure they are greased
that will help
Kurt is right about greasing the slides. You will find grease fittings on both sides so grease them good and run the plate up and down a bunch of times and it will smooth out and you won't get that jerky movement. The reason you are getting the jerky movement now is that it is dry.
Nice boat!I see you have a low water pickup on the foot, how high are you get the motor above pad?

I haven't took it to the limit yet....still got some seat time to get used to the boat. It's a bit different than my old Blazer.
That is great looking Stroker/Rude combo...don't see that much. I am curious as to how long the LU will last once you start surfacing the prop alot.
