    Warning Alarm is Not Working

I have a 200 2000 Evinrude Ficht. The alarm that is meant to go off when you turn your key on is no longer working. Should i replace the small red round alarm?

If the system check gauge cycles then yes replace the buzzer. They are bad to go out.

I thought that mine went out last year. I took it out as you did and pulled the connections apart and cleaned them. Then put it back together with dielectric grease and it worked. Just a thought, if you already haven't tried it.
