Rubber Mat Adhesive?

The rubber mat on Stratos boats, top of console, kick mats and rod protector mat. What is the best adhesive to use to get this to adhere to the gel coat? Thanks in advance.

Where did you get the mat? Is this the non skid step grip type of mat? I need rubber grip mat and I do not want to use the non skid sandpaper looking stuff.
