hey guys i'm looking for some help on the set up of my boat.i'm running a 27 pitch renegade,gps is at 65 with two people and a half of tank of gas.3-1/2 inches below ride pad.tried a 26 raker and it's not hooking up it just trows a big rooster tail with no lift.any idea's would be greatly appreciated.
Either the 26 Raker is not a good prop or the engine is too high.

as kenneth said either your prop is too high or it is bad. I am running a 27 tempest with the med sized holes I do know I could have used the smaller holes as my holeshot was about 6 seconds longer then normal.

yea i'm running at 3-1/4 below the ride pad with a 225 evinrude ficht.myself and a half tank of gas,only 68 gps.
get rid of the 4 blade and pick up 1-3 mph with a three blade I like a tempest with Adjustable holes for holeshot. see if you can borrow one from a friend. also a txp 27 may work for ya.
