Sold my Ranger and bought a Skeeter.

My father in law is getting out of fishing for health reasons so he sold me his boat. 2007 21i with a 300 HPDI. Only 65 hours on it.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. I only fish local stuff like team trails and club tourneys and big bass tourneys. The 300 is not a big deal on that end but yea it uses a bit of oil and gas. I love the ride of the boat. It feels like I'm riding on pillows. The only thing I liked better about the Ranger are the rod boxes. They were a lot deeper and easier to situate rods in. Other than that the 21i is all I could ask for.

Well I haven't driven it hard yet but when it was my father in laws we saw 76 out of it loaded with tackle and fuel. And I mean loaded down with tackle. I'm not much of a speed guy though. I usually run about 65 and I'm pretty comfortable. I would guess if we took out half the tackle and half the fuel it would touch 80. That's a guess though. The 76 we normally saw was on the digital speedo in the dash. I never looked at his gps when he was driving.

Not too shabby, but i think you could definately prop that sucka to go over 80 solo! If it was mine it would do 80+!!!! Nice rig

Haha...when I get used to the boat I'll prob see what I can get out of it. He gave me two spare props with it and he has a hydraulic plate that he never put on so I'll prob dial it in this summer just for fun.
