More than once we have all seen multiple people on here comparing the customer service of Skeeter to Bass Cat. I have also seen several people saying they are having issues with their Skeeter dealer. I have experienced great CS and thought I would share.
Today was the 6 month mark that I purchased my 20i from a Dell Marine in Jacksonville FL and they guy I dealt with, Frank Byman, emailed me today just checking on the boat and to say hello. Even though I am 350+ miles from him he has stayed in contact, answered any questions I have had and returned all of my emails. Before I drove down to get the boat, he and I spend hours on the phone and he went out of his way to be helpful.
Other than the perfect ride, the way it drives and the fishability of my boat it is Skeeter dealers like this (including the guys at Team Marine) which keep me loving my boat. If Team Marine would have had what I was looking for at that time and I wouldnt have been so anxious and in a hurry to get a boat I would have bought from them. When I was looking I talked with Bob and he was very helpful everytime and never rushed to get me off the phone.
Just another reason I will have another Skeeter!
