Power loss.

2006 225 Etec. E225DHLSDF.

The other day I was pulling the kids around on the tube, and my engine was running like a top, then all of a sudden it bogged down. I dropped the kids and tube, and test drove it. It took for ever to get on plain, and when I did it would only go max speed of 56 mph, at around 5300 rpm. My boat can hit 71 at 5700, but cannot get it up to that now. Also it started to kill on me when I would switch from forward to revers or vise versa.

I just dropped it off at the mechanic. I am leaving for Africa tomorrow, so I hope he can get this fixed before I get back.

Just talked to the mechanic. He said it was a bad injector. He has orderd one, and will let me know when it is done.
