Re: Rod tubes (red tzx 190)

I've heard some people buying the golf tubes. They say the same thing and cheaper.

You're right, golf tubes are the best thing. They are dirt cheap

Are they the same width though? I need to replace several tubes in my 2003 ZX225 and they looked wider than golf tubes?

    Re: Rod tubes (skeetzx225)

The golf tubes are slightly narrower, but they have a lip (a big plus). When I added some recently I wrapped some black tape around the golf tubes directly behind the lip to make up for the narrower tube. The lip hides the tape and the hole and I can barely tell any difference between the golf tubes or the original factory tubes.

most of the lips were broken off my original tubes, I remember them being really hard to take out as well....
