I think it would probably be about what you need. What are you running now, and how many rpms are you turning it??
Trashy had a 97 or 98 Outlaw and he was running a stock 150 and turning a 26p Raker, so the 25 may work very well for ya. If not, you can always put it back up for sale on here.
Im running a 4 blade 24p predator. 6100 rpms @ 62 mph
