I need a Tempest sales pitch please

I am not new to boats or props, but I am new to Champion.

In reading it looks like most similar to me - 187 / 150 are sold on a 23 Tempest.
Tempest has never been my favorite but I do seem to remember liking one on my 206 a few years back. Right now I have a 21 Laser II which is OK but doesn't really trip my trigger and a 21 Trophy which hits the limiter too quick but I like the way the boat lifts and runs with it. The Trophy seems to get the whole hull up better than the Laser II but in reading Trophys don't seem to be real popular in Champ land.

I'm running a heavier 4 stroke which will create some difference, but I'm still curious about hearing prop experiences with 18-19' Champs with 150 power.

Also curious to hear about differences between the Laser II and a Tempest.

Mark I run a 25p tempest on my boat but I also run a two stroke. I like the tempest for my setup but your running a four stroke and Pat would be the best to tell you what you need to push your rig. your more than welcome to borrow my prop to try it out and see how it oes on your boat. We just have to work a time out. Are maybe we could con ol Pat into meeting us at a lake and he can run your boat and tell you exactly what to put on that motor.
