I have left numerous voice mails, and tried to call 14 times today and at least 5 or 6 times last week. All I have is a simple question. Talk about frustrating.

I am having the same issue, been trying to get something simple covered under warranty, I got the part 6 months after it was first claimed and the part they sent wasnt right, nobody answers the phone there I dont think, I only get emails back saying they will look into it....![]()
Not sure what is wrong....Call and ask for Jason Bragg. He is Stratos Brand Manager and came in from TN customer service. He knows our Champs.
