Are all Evinrudes manufactured in WI or some of them built overseas??

That episode aired about a month ago in Canada. I found it dissapointing. It shows very little of the plant and nothing about the technology. It runs for about 6 minutes.

From what is shown it looks like all the engines are assembled in a small shop by three people from parts made by others. Maybe that's why I had to wait almost a year for mine.
