They attach with 2 suction cups.

Looks like it will work well for you.
Jeff be sure to put a couple of peel and stick protector's on the bottom of it. You would be surprised to see how much gel coat scuffing can happen without doing this.

Mainly because I'm just freakin ANAL!
Pic was taken as soon as I tried it for the "fit". Had to alter the suction cup location so it would work.
Nice to know there is at least (2) in the world!
Anal to a fault when it comes to my boat.
