Hi Guys,
Thanks for the kind words !! I've been extremely happy with the boat so far!
Yeah I do fish in Salt or Brackish waters fairly regularly. But also do alot of freshwater work in our dams chasing Aussie Bass.
The driveway is just a regular concrete drive way. But the pattern on top is called "cover crete" its sprayed onto the concrete to make it look as though its made from Tiles etc. Pretty cool stuff, not cheap though!

Pretty boat ... couldn't help but notice the tail number though. You plan on flying it more than floating it??![]()
Dave, that is a very, very fun boat!! Enjoy and congratulations!!

Not too sure what you mean about the "tail number" TX Champ lol... You might have to explain it to us Aussies lol.....
Duane, yeah I've been very happy with it so far. Good fun to drive if the fish arent biting! But still have to setup the motor height. Its still at the height I received the boat at. I've got a water pressure gauge to go in and then we can tinker.
So far top speed one up with no livewells full, 60mph @ 5500rpm
With two up no livewell 57mph @ 5500rpm
Two up with livewell full 52mph @ 5500rpm.
Running a 150 HO Etec, with 22 Raker II prop.

Just got back from Lake Erie with my 183. Fishing was awsome! Boated around 30 smallies, and about a dozen largemouth, along with 3 Steelhead & 2 Northern Pike.
Winds picked up in the afternoon, and the area had some healthy 2-3 ft rollers, and the Champ 183 got up on top of them, and just rode on'em like they weren't even there!
There were a couple other bassboats out there with me, an older 19 ft Ranger, and a 20 ft Skeeter 200ZX, and all they can do was idle through the rough stuff.
They later seen me at the ramp and commented on how well my boat seemed to handle that rougher water. Thye were impressed!![]()
Again, I'm amazed at how well this 18ft'ish boat handle rougher water!
