96 Johnson 150 Fast strike oil?

I just picked up a used Stratos with a 96 Johnson 150 Fast strike. What oil do you guys recommend? I picked up some OMC XD30 but was reading on the back that for performance or tournament application to use the XD50. I am not a tournament fisherman, just want to make sure I dont use anything that is going to damage the outboard. Thanks for any input.

Xd-30 is fine just make sure to decarb once a year as it is a straight TCW-3 not a blend or full synthetic. Good oil.
