Time to Beat a Dead Horse

This topic has about run its course on this board......but...........again the folks at the Blazer factory are continuing to provide unparalleled service in this industry....

I called the other day about replacing a rod tie down....stepped on and cracked during a tourney.....George had a replacement sent out the same day, of course no charge........now this thing was busted by user error, not defective equipment.....but..no questions asked and i get it in 2 days....

WAY TO GO BLAZER...............even though this is very minor, I would have a hard time buying another type of boat........they have made me very loyal....

Same here Blair. I did the same thing a while back. George did just what you said. I hade one in the mail a couple of days later.....

There is something to be said about doing business with smaller companies like Blazer. You guys at Blazer keep doing what you are doing!!
