They were in huge stacks in the front of the store, where you usually see seasonal impulse items.

Pretty sure they'd be with the storage items like totes and what not. I buy all mine at Lowes. They are a lot cheaper there than any of the tackle stores. They are right where they make keys and what not in Lowes!
