I'm furious...She drove a run down 1998 mini van..didn't even know from what end she hit my car with it was so beat up...she didn't care....I'm kind of happy it was a women because if it was a guy i'd be in the pen.

No matter how old or how new it was/is, it is still a car. Most everyone works hard for what they own. In 1988 we bought a new Black Camaro RS. My wife dropped it off for service. She picked it up after work and brought it home. When I got home I noticed that the front corner had been smashed. I thought she did it and jumped all over her. It made her feel like a dunce and made me look like an ass. I made a promise to myself that I would never treat her like that again, no matter what the reason. I was also 27 at the time. BTW, someone at the dealership took our car out for lunch and did the damage.She just didn't see it.

LOL It's the attitude she had...the 'I don't give a crap attitude'...my neighboor saw her and told her to wait. she was about to leave...she didn't care about her crying kid...ense why It's upsetting me...she just wanted to leave asap....

And if it was a guy with the same attitude. It wouldnt of been pretty. About me going to ER...I must admit that comment made me giggle while I stared at my heavyweight strap thats on my wall eh eh...plus who doesn't like the ER. nurses are always good :)

I bought my car on July 29. It has been to the body shop 3 times already, once because of a tire I hit on the interstate after it blew off a semi. THe other two times it was dings that "magically" appeared in a parking lot while I was shopping. No note, no nothing.... Repairs out of my pocket. Shit happens. Don't let it get to you.

She may have been afraid of what might happen if she crossed the street and fessed up, she may have just been having one of those shitty days where nothing went right, she may suffering from mental depression, who knows. Different people react differently to life's situations.
Why don't you go over and appologize for acting like an ass and see how she reacts to that. If she still has a don't give a shit attitude you may be on to something......
