I took delivery of my 2007 ETec 200HO on a Ranger 190VS on October 4 and now I see that upped the warranty to 7 yrs on purchases after November 10th. Do you think that I have any hope of getting BRP to give me the extended warranty?

I believe you already know the answer to your question...NO.
Why would it be fair for you to get the warranty if you took delivery prior to the promotion? If they did that for you, BRP would have to give everyone that owns an E-TEC the same deal.
I bought my moter days after the extended warranty promotion was over earlier in the year and dealer could not get BRP to do the extended warranty.
So i would have to say no.

My motor was not part of the extended warranty promotion. I sent a letter to BRP asking if it was possible to be included. I got a phone call from a very professional, sincere factory rep who wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the motor - even though it wasn't possible to be included in the program.
Anyone know what it would cost to buy the extra years and what the deadline is?
