I have a new rebuilt 04 225 ho di and i know the double oil only activates at 2000 rpm's or above but what about the 10 hour break in does fast idling in and out of the no wake zones count towards the 10 hour break in window..i have been stuck doing 1000 -1500 rpm's in and out of the creeks on the big rivers. Just wondering if i'm out of my break in yet...chris
Above 2000 clicks the time off the clock, good way to check is with the diagnostic software.
trying to get it to my nearest dealer but there palm crapped out on them and waiting for them to upload it all again. Motor has been good to me john very happy with everything you did for me.. i have a few big tourneys coming up and i'd like to run with confidence that i'm out of the 10 hour range but i'm just not sure i would estimate i'm in the 7 to 8 hour range but i have some 23 mile runs to do and i don't want to run it to long at one rpm..chris
