I am looking for a prop to go on my 150 fast strike. i have a four blade right now and i am not sure exactly what i need. I just put a 8in jackplate on and it didnt change my rpms but it did give me 2mph faster. I am only running 5100 rpms and 27psi right now and i think i need a 3-blade to get me going faster. Any suggestions?
Post this in the Set-ups board. You will need to them them your boat model, motor model and hp, prop info, water pressure, and the mesurement from the centre of the propshaft to the botton of the pad. Todd will get you dialed in.
My nephew was running a Stratos 201 with a 150 faststrike with 6 in plate turning a 23 Gade 4 blade @ 5800-6000 Running in mid 50's 95 my year boat and motor.
What year engine do you have?
I'm running a 26 Raker 5500-5600 on my 1991.
