Ruddock?????

So we decided to go to Ruddock tomorrow...can anyone help us out with how this place fishes? My Dad tells me he took me there when I was a kid, but all I remember about it was Dad losing a GIANT that he had on a buzzbait. Anybody been there recently? Any general information on how to fish this place? Anything helps! Thanks guys!! Will post report/pics when we get back....

Where is the lilly Bayou area? I looked up the Ruddock area on google maps and I see an area labeled "Bayou Desert" and another labeled "Bayou Black", but that's all I see labeled. Where is Lilly Bayou in relation to either one of these areas?
