We need to pin this topic because it gets asked nearly every week, but it's difficult to search for and find results.
They're good motors. I had one before it got water in it and blew.
They're great motors and 90% of your issues, should you have them, will be related to the following-
Fuel pumps and O2 sensors will cause you the most trouble. Fuel pumps go "bad" every couple of years or so. The diaphraghms can get pinhole leaks in them and give you issues, running rough and such. Replace all three at once for about $120 and it takes you about an hour. The other issue are the O2 sensors. They go bad on their own, and get dirty with carbon build up. They'll give you issues too with running rough and other problems. But they can be cleaned first, and then if that doesn't work, they can be replaced fairly easily.
Beyond that you might see problems with the VST tank. It's just a matter of cleaning the filter. There's countless threads on each of these items in the archives here. In fact if you check out the numerous pinned threads at the top of this forum, you'll get an idea as to what gets asked alot.
To maintain it, always run Ringfree and/or SeaFoam through it. Always. Also be sure to keep your 10 micron fuel/water separator maintained. Those are the two biggest items to keep tabs on.

esox covered it well. Just do a search for OX66, O2 sensor, and VST and many of your questions will be answered. My recommendation is just keep up with the basic maintenance and it should be fine. Make sure the 3 fuel pumps get replaced every few years as well.
