Best Water Pressure Gauge for a VMAX HPDI

Hey Guys,

I currently don't have a water pressure gauge in my dash. I have a '06 Vmax 300 HPDI and want to get a water pressure gauge, which one do you recommend, which brand and which range? Also when its installed, what safe water pressure should I be operating at ( at WOT).

Unless there is something digital out there all analog gauges work the same. No one brand is any better then other. Find one that match your other instruments. 12-25psi @wot

I would go with a 0 - 60 psi so you would not take a chance of over ranging it. I have seen 30 psi on mine.

I see you're in QC so make sure you always disconnect the hose from the back of the gauge each year or it will freeze up. You can add a 3way valve to achieve the same result whichever you prefer.
