Co-Angler (Link) for Bass Weekend Series

Anyone interested in fishing as co-angler (link) in the Bassmaster Weekend Series?
I know Ricky is fishing it, but fished the BFL for last 4 years or so, but they merged with Texas. So am now gonna fish BWS. I have a temp co-angler signed up for the first tournament out of Doirons on 3/29, but will need one for the rest.
Anyone interested? Email me at sguinn@sjbgroup.com

    Re: Co-Angler (Ricky196)

    hey Ricky,
I checked their but they are not getting the co-angler turnout. There are a ton of boaters looking for co-anglers, there is even a thread about the lack of co-anglers.
So I thought I would have better luck on this site as there is more Louisiana fishermen eager to fish. Thanks for keeping an eye out. I am gonna try and fish down there this weekend, but colder/rainy weather might hamper the results. They were catching some hugh sacks there the past week.

Black Lake ought to be good if water not high, this rain might hurt. It's all cypress trees. Say hello to Porter, he is friend of mine, thats one reason why I am fishing the BWS. There will be some good fisherman in that tourney. I only plan on fishing one circuit and maybe some opens. Since BFL moved to Texas, and I moved to Baton Rouge, it will be too much for me. Although, would love to fish the ones on the Red River. But the weekend series will be fun, and I will have friends from central and southern Louisiana fishing in it, so should be great. The guaranteed $5000 grand is great too. If I don't see you around before 3/29, then look for my rig in pic below.

Scott, I sure will tell Porter hi for you..... my understanding is that he is also running or helping in the running of the Red River Trail..........It's going to be hard to do both trails, but I have sponsor's on both trails that I need to help with......... If my link falls, I will let you know..........sometimes he doesn't know if he is coming or going........and it keeps me on the edge.........if I don't see you before the 29th, I'll look you up in Morgan city...... I will IM you my cell.............Ricky196

I have to go junk fishing....... Ricky196

Wish i had the money to do it, I wouldn't mind sitting in the back of the boat for a little while. I'm a poor man.

Be careful, you travel too much and have lines all over the place and you will never make it back to the landing.
Dang, this thread got hi jacked quick.

Hell, when you come up here, you better have a tape recorder, gps manual and a binder full of paper. This will be GPS 110.
