Lower unit oil leak

I just recently changed my l.u. oil and today I noticed about a quarter size puddle under the l.u. and it looks like it is leaking from the top plug. I tried to tighten it thinking maybe it was loose but it just barely turned. I replacd the o rings so what could be the problem? Do i need to change out the oil again? I have been on the water 3 times since changing

if it moved alittle you should be good to go, and no you don't need to change it again
