Might have to replace the whole lower unit. Just moved to Ga. and found closest dealer that will service HPDI's. Waiting for call back with options available to fix. Dealer said prop shaft appears bent but it's been like that since the first time I ever spun the prop by hand. Havn't had any problems with the lower unit at all until now. I did hit something with the lower skeg over a year ago but have had no problems until this past W/E. I did notice where somebody bumped into my trailer on the back end but assume it was done while at the ramp while I was out fishing.
$2673.18 for 04 200HP 3.1L OX66 V MAX Lower Unit which includes labor and tax.
It was not a pleasant experience but at least we're back on the water again...
