Will Merc. Premium Plus be OK to run in carbed VMax?

Would it be Ok to run a gallon of Merc. Premium Plus oil through a non- HPDI Vmax 250 that has only had yamalube ran in it to date? Tank is about half full and have a gallon of Merc. Premium Plus. Thanks
