Getting ready to winterstore my TR-22 for the first time in a unheated building with no power available. I have read that the Ficht's ( 2000) draw juice all the time. I plan to disconnect the batteries just in case something should short out, does anyone know if there is a potential problem if the motor does not have power? What actually is using power full time?

I have a 99 Ficht, and when installed the dealer put in a battery switch.
He said just turn it off when I am not going to use it for awhile. The engine
does have some current draw(computer) when ignition switch is not on. I shut if off every time I put it in the garage. No ill effects that I can tell. I just know the
battery will not be dead.
